PNSQC 2023 Quality Jam

Event Description
It’s time to kick-off the 2023 Call for Papers with a Quality Jam.  This will be series of lightning talks to inspire and be inspired for new proposals on software quality — a jam session to get together as a group and see where the “music” takes us. The event, to be held live in Portland, Oregon will also be hybrid-virtual. Speakers include:
  1. Alan Ark - The Evolution of You
  2. Michael Larsen - Gaming Your Systems - Testing and Improving Fitness Applications
  3. John Rutledge - Three Keys to High-Performing Teams
  4. James Shore - A FAST Way to Scale
  5. Leandro Melendez - The importance of Observability in QA
  6. Trisha Chetani - No More Blame, Prioritize the Bugs with Bug Scoring
  7. Junhe Liu - Test automation in the DevOps pipeline

This event kicks off the Call for Proposals for the 2023 conference. We plan to offer a hybrid event: both physical in Beaverton, Oregon, and virtual on Zoom, with breaks for networking, announcements, and the PNSQC 2022 Conference Award presentations. You will be joined by other software quality enthusiasts who would also share their thought-provoking ideas such as testing debt, quality mind, being a creative engineer, enterprise IT quality, and emotional intelligence.

When: Wednesday, February 8th. Networking at 5 pm, presentations from 5:45 - 8 pm
